ISO Accreditation and Quality Management
Terje Gundersen, general manager of Eurojuris Norway
Eurojuris Norway is at the forefront in terms of quality assurance of service processes. It is mandatory for all member firms to have ISO accreditation according to the standard NS-EN ISO 9001:2015.
Our law firms are well established and leading firms within their regions, and it has always been a requirement that the member firms must establish and follow quality systems. In 2018, the board of Eurojuris Norway took this one step further and decided that all member firms should achieve ISO accreditation according to the standard NS-EN ISO 9001.
The ISO accrediation is the firms' management tool in order to ensure provision of high quality services to customers. At the same time, it is an important tool in order to obtain improvements and incresed efficiency. At the core of the quality system is leadership, customer orientation, process orientation and continous improvement.
